Refund Policy

Paid billing is not active yet. This policy applies once paid purchases become available.

Smart Reply Pro is a digital SaaS product. When paid billing becomes active, access to paid features may be delivered immediately after purchase. Because of that, refunds are reviewed carefully, but we still want to help when something goes wrong.

You can request a refund within 7 days of your first paid purchase if:

  • you were charged by mistake
  • you were charged after cancelling
  • you could not access paid features
  • the product did not work as described
  • a technical issue prevented normal use and support could not fix it

Refunds are usually not approved for:

  • normal change of mind after using the product
  • expecting guaranteed personal, business, employment, legal, financial, dating, negotiation, relationship, or other real-world outcomes
  • misuse of the product
  • accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy
  • heavy use of paid features before requesting a refund
  • refund requests made outside the refund window, unless required by law

Even if your situation does not fit these examples, you can still contact us. We review reasonable cases fairly.

Once paid billing is active, approved refunds may be processed through our authorized Merchant of Record/payment provider and returned to the original payment method when possible.

Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us first at support@smartreplypro.ai or use the Request Refund form. Most billing issues can be reviewed faster through support, and we aim to respond within 2 business days.

Smart Reply Pro provides AI-generated draft suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing replies before sending them.
