• harassment, threats, or abuse
• impersonating another person or company
• scams, phishing, or social engineering
• adult or sexual solicitation
• illegal activity
• automated platform abuse
• misleading people about who you are
• regulated legal, medical, or financial advice
• content designed to pressure, deceive, or manipulate someone

Smart Reply Pro should be used as a writing assistant, not as an automation tool or a way to send unwanted messages. You are responsible for all messages you send using suggestions from Smart Reply Pro.

If we believe an account is being used in a harmful way, we may limit, suspend, or remove access without refund. Accounts that violate this policy or our Terms may be terminated.
