Billing Terms
We want billing to be simple and transparent.
Paid billing is not active yet. When paid billing becomes available, the final checkout will show the price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation rules, refund rules, and Merchant of Record/payment provider information before purchase.
Smart Reply Pro may offer a free plan and a paid Pro plan.
The Pro plan may include:
- higher reply limits
- saved writing profiles
- Chrome extension access
- additional reply customization features
- optional top-up packs (may be offered in the future; if introduced, their price, quantity, and refund rules will be shown clearly before purchase)
If you subscribe to a paid plan once billing is active, the price, billing interval, and included features will be shown clearly before checkout. Payments will be processed by our authorized Merchant of Record/payment provider, identified at checkout before purchase.
You can cancel your subscription anytime. After cancellation, you will keep access until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise. Refunds for new subscriptions are available within 7 days of your first payment. See our Refund Policy for details.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, cannot access paid features, or have a billing question, contact us before opening a dispute:
support@smartreplypro.ai. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through support and the authorized Merchant of Record/payment provider once billing is active.
Smart Reply Pro does not store full payment card details. Smart Reply Pro does not guarantee specific personal, business, employment, legal, financial, dating, negotiation, or relationship outcomes. It provides draft suggestions that you can review and edit. You are responsible for all messages you send using suggestions from Smart Reply Pro.
